First Steps
In the first meeting we most likely unknown people, who are trying to find a way to explore about the project, it’s all about most likely beginner steps which topic would we choose, after a 30 min discussion team decided to take activity movement. Now we know which topic to choose, next step is to words the what to do? (implement) , How to do? , which to choose? , we all are in a bit in Confusion state. We attend the second lecture there we have got some Answers. Thanks to Dr.-Ing. Sandro Schulze.
The second meeting, with a little clarity everyone in a team has a little idea what happening, in lecture we heard new terms SCRUM and GitHub, what are those for? How to use we had little talking related to scrum, GitHub, but we concluded our meeting in a confuse state. Those to be discussed in Tutorial lecture by the professor. Mostly we came up with an Idea for the Student activity manager project topic. Its “Event manager” an application for the not only for the students, office people, Teachers…..etc.
Motivation
a) About Developer – customer relationship.
As in real world industries, from the customer point of view requirements in application is 100% (maybe). But when it reaches to developer side, it assures less. So finally it helps us to know how to handle and understand the requirements of the customer.
b) Software production line.
It refers to software engineering methods, tools and techniques which are used in the software industry.
About different software platforms and skills.
Here we get to know about different software used in the real world like Java, HTML, designing etc. Also, we can improve our soft skills, preparing documents by using Github, Scrum practice.
c) Time management and Team work.
It’s an essential part of any work with team management and we divide our work accordingly as shown below.
Before going details into project We are the team of four people, who desperately want to learn skills, willing to work hard. Names listed below.
we thought at first presentation we need to present the application, so we asked the professor. But According to professor talk, first presentation mostly about our introduction, why do we choose this project, detailed view about the project milestones, getting too familiar with the technology we are going to use.
As a preset to our first presentation we all had a meeting and conculded upon the major proceedings of the project such as methodologies,roles and responsibilities of each member,team logo,name and working platform.
Methodologies
we chose to go with the SCRUM as per the suggestions provided by Dr.-Ing.Sandro Schulze. In addition, we felt this approach would fit into the requirements of each member in the team and the project.

a) Weekly Team meeting
As a team everyone have their own views to solve them We will discuss, as a team we are meeting weekly, depend on tasks and doubts clarification number of meetings will takes place.
b) Whatsapp
For the Instant communication we are using Whatsapp As a medium, where we can massage as a team, and see or discuss about sudden meeting or urgent doubts.
c) Google Drive
As a team each team number working on different tasks and also doing documentation simultaneously to notified or to share the reference files we are using Google drive as a File sharing platform.
