Technical challenges

When we start this project we have clear idea, who is responsible for which task, as the days are going Team got smaller and smaller only two people have to do the all the project.

To meet deadlines we have struggled a lot, in terms of learning, allocating time which is allocated for the other subjects, regular meetings regularly 3-4 days a week working on weekends.
Get Hub , it’s a new platform to post the blog articles , to track of our work we have used Zen Hub , plat form that is little new for as to know of it, since we know it turnout to be easy of maintenance .
Although two numbers left the team rest of two decided that we will do project whatever it takes, we are keep on pushing the knowledge we know and trying meet the dead lines, presentations.so far till he testing did nice, in the application implementation phase we are little behind the schedule due to various reasons like lake of programming skills, trying to habituate task type development in the application.
Finally we are able to do till hear.

Challenges the team experienced by working on a software project as a team.

When our team start as a 4 numbers team, we have various type of skills and support from the all 4 members but as the days are passing one of our team number quit the team, where we had to struggle for the last minute seminar, and last-minute updates of blog…etc
After few days back in the process of uml diagrams another team number quit the team before the day dead line where we have to do in last few hours all the week work. Related to uml diagrams. Presentation, blog writing ….etc
We all are little new to this kind of project, rest of the two numbers have been struggled to keep the deadlines, project progress, blog writing, presentations.

Benefits the team experienced by working on a software project as a team.

As a team we have faced different kind of experience, like 4 numbers team becomes into 2 numbers team. Then rest of us have to do all the project, little disappointment and more over we lose confidence at the last moment, but our professor Dr.-Ing. Sandro Schulze , talk during the project meetings helped us to re thinking ,focused , be on deadlines.
As a team we have learned a lot like “No matter what happen never quit till end”.
If we are failing on something also trying to be calm, re doing the tasks from the beginning. Trying to track of work by Zen hub.
We have learned how to develop an android application development, how a software projects works in the phases like testing, implementation, diagrams, basics, knowing technologies …etc

How the course did meet your needs or fall short.

In our opinion we have learnt lot from this course, how a team projects works, sometimes we have lost our way of finding solutions, brain storming to find the correct way of representing the features.
By discussing together we get many ideas and also it takes a lot of time. As each individual has a different opinion, everything will be useful for a particular time and at the particular face of the project.
It is quit comment in a team project people lose their way, if they didn’t get require solutions. But we have managed to be patents and calm so our work will not be effected.
Various problems encountered during this project, but when we solve those problems we felt like something achieved, we find way joy in this course, thanks for the Dr.-Ing. Sandro Schulze . In the final stages the application looks as follows, In the initial screen we have the three buttons. Each of those buttons represent one screen shots of the application is in below.
