Team Dynamics

  • How well will your team make use of complementary skills ?
  • Since we all have varying soft skills ranging from design and analysis, this will enable us to switch roles while we leverage on one another’s experience and knowledge to produce a better at every iteration and will also help us to switch roles and benefits from knowledge that lines therein.

  • How well have you specified roles and responsibilities?
  • We are not going to have a permanent role from each members but temporary ones on each iteration but responsibilities will be assigned based on that. This is very easy for us to do since the team shared almost the same set of skills.

  • How efficient will be the team's communication?
  • We are going to be making use of the Github’s management add-ons too to document, assign and monitor tasks assigned to each member of the group so as to be bale to monitory progress as well as fixing any interrupting hiccups. We are going to also make use of mobile instant messaging platforms to reach ourselves on-the-go

  • How flexibly will the team react to changing circumstances?
  • Firstly by effective communication within the team and the customer and secondly by following and adhering diligently to the principles of software project management and engineering as been taught in the course
