Aim
To develop an android application that continuously monitoring student activities on a learning process or a project work.
Team and Logo
The name "Team Intelligence" is formed from the shared knowledge of everyone in the team. Since everyone in this software team belongs to strong computer science background and it lead us to say the word "Intelligence". The logo Indicates that this is a team which will unite and works all task together.
Our Customer
Our customer and guide for this software project is Dr.-Ing. Sandro Schulze is one of the members in AG Databases & Software Engineering in Otto von Guericke university, Magdeburg.
Motivation
As a team and individual, working together in this well-structured course and learn new skills together. Skills like Designing, Implementing and testing an android app is necessary for this project. It's an opportunity to test your present skills and develop further.
Complementary Skills
The "Team intelligence" is formed on the basis of their own individual skills such as programming, Design and analysis, blog writing, Testing and more. Everyone in the team is not familiar with all the above skills but through this platform, each individual will learn everything faster and better. Skills such as experience in the teamwork, time management and assigning work are fulfilled.
Roles and Responsibilities
We are a team of four students, collaborated for the first time in this software project. The team members are Arun Kumar Kandhasamy, a master student from Digital Engineering is taking care of Team Leader and Test Design,Sanjay Kola a master student from Digital engineering is implementing this project,Shyam Sundar Vijaykumar is doing the role of System Design and Chandan Shahanaz is taking care of Requirements/Specification.Even though the tasks were assigned personally, every other member of the team will contribute their knowledge in other tasks as well. It is our responsibility to complete the whole project on or before 15.07.2017.
Team Communication
There are fixed meetings in every week, once with the customer and twice with the team. Apart from that, we have a communication group in social media's such as Whatsapp and facebook. we also share our files and things through Gmail and GitHub.Communication becomes easy nowadays through various technologies.
Changing Circumstances
The team members are ready to act for any quick initiation that the customer suggests. There might be some internal/external changes from the initial planning and to the end result. In this situation, the input of our customer will be more valuable. Effective Communication between the team and with the customer can lead to the planned output.
