We are four students with a passion for creativity and computer science.
We truly believe in the power of informative applications, large networks
and their ability to simplify communications and inspire people everywhere.
New Apps and good design come from collaboration.
We’re excited to start our newest project, learn from each other and make something beautiful together.

Our motivation is to gain first hand experience in developing a software project and learn to work together as a team in order to solve a real-world problem.

When forming a team, the ideal is to balance the skills of one team member with the complementary abilities of others.
In this way, each team member plays to his unique strengths. Our team is blessed with dissimilar skills, which makes the team autonomous and self-monitoring. Some of us already have experiences with software engineering and requirement analysis.
Whereas others have the ability to write good blog articles which give you a comprehensive insight. Everyone in the team is open to communicate and ready to accept healthy criticism.

In Addition to that we are going to use the SCRUM methodology for our project.
Scrum is an agile framework for completing innovative projects.
It is a lightly controlled method which insists on frequent updating of the progress in work through regular meetings.
Thus there is clear visibility of the project development. It is an iterative process an requires continuous feedback from the user. A big advantages of Scrum is that due to short sprints and constant feedback, it becomes easier to cope with the changes. The meetings make it possible to measure individual productivity. This leads to the improvement in the productivity of each of the team members.Furthermore issues are identified well in advance through the daily meetings and hence can be resolved in speedily.

Communication:
Thanks to social media platforms like Facebook and Skype it’s easy for us to share content, communicate and update each other everday. In Addition to that, we are going to have meetings, no less than twice a week.
